Late Roman Coin Finds from South-West England, c.360 - 450 AD

This research proposes to form a regional study of the collapsing Roman system of the late fourth century using data collected by the PAS relating to late Roman coinage. Research level access is requested to enable the accurate numbers of coin finds of different periods and their locations to be assessed. The research will form the basis of a thesis to be submitted for an MA in Landscape Archaeology at the University of Bristol.
