A lead alloy harness fitting. It is circular, the centre being slightly domed. Around the edge is a pattern composed of oblique grooves, which gives a 'pie crust' appearance. The back of the boss is plain, and the iron staple which would have been used to fix it to the harness is missing, although iron corrosion products are present. An incomplete cast copper alloy forked spacer plate and terminal from a later medieval composite strap end, 23.1mm in length. The object has a projecting terminal with four transverse ridges and a rounded knop on the tip (possibly in the form of a stylised acorn). A small copper alloy rivet remains in place just behind this terminal. The ends of both of the forks to either side have been lost, along with the facing plates.

A copper alloy rectangular buckle frame. It is moulded in one piece including the spindle, and the two sides of the frame are decorated with moulded in oblique grooves. The insides of the frame are bevelled. There is a break in the top right hand side of the frame, the pin is missing. A near identical buckle frame is seen in Whitehead (2003, 78) and is dated to the late fifteenth to sixteenth centuries AD. Whitehead comments that it may have been used on a waist or sword belt. The terminal is a hollow cylinder, open at both ends, with a diameter of 17mm at the top widening to 24mm at the base. Fragment of an Early Medieval cast copper alloy small square headed brooch, c.AD 400-600. This is the head of a small square headed brooch, square in planwith small knops at the top and the right. The left side would have had a small knop but has since broken off. The start of the brooch bow can be seen at the bottom of the head, before ending in an old break. The reverse face has two parallel stubs, which would have held the pin spring mechanism. There are no decorations on either face.

The front face is decorated with a central vertical pattern comprising two longitudinal lines, with a single horizontal line across the face close to the terminal end. The top of the strap end has a split attachment end with a single central hole for a separately cast circular rivet, which is present.

Incomplete cast copper alloy double-loop asymmetrical knee buckle, c.AD 1660-1720. The buckle frame is shield-shaped in plan, with expanded sides where the spindle holes are. The frame has a bevelled inside edge and a recessed spindle for the cast copper alloy chape and pin. The chape has broken off, although the pin remains still resting on the curved outer edge of the frame.  Whitehead (1996) illustrates a similar example of an asymmetrical knee buckle on page 97, No.599, which is dated from c.1660-1720.

Curved moulded knops at each end with two transverse knops between, forming a pin rest in the centre. The reverse is plain and flat and the surface displays a green patina. An incomplete copper alloy strap fitting, likely from a sword bet, dating to the post medieval period (c.AD 1500-1600). The object consists of a plate with a sub-triangular body that has a triple pointed top and bottom. The base narrows to form a forwards facing hook that terminates with a floral or zoomorphic head. At the centre of the head and base is an in place iron rivet.
