An incomplete late Medieval to Early Post-Medieval copper-alloy book fitting, dating to c.AD 1400 - 1600. Howsham type A.3.  It is sub-rectangular and formed of one sheet copper alloy. The plate has a flared and scalloped open end. At the opposing end terminates in an old break. It is decorated in the centre with an annulet and three concentric rings. An incomplete copper-alloy Medieval non-armorial harness pendant. It is worn,and  broadly crescent shaped, with an extant harness suspension loop. There is some visible decoration in the form of stamped circular dots, creating a lozenge shape.
