An incomplete late Medieval to Early Post-Medieval copper-alloy book fitting, dating to c.AD 1400 - 1600. Howsham type A.3.  It is sub-rectangular and formed of one sheet copper alloy. The plate has a flared and scalloped open end. At the opposing end terminates in an old break. It is decorated in the centre with an annulet and three concentric rings. An incomplete copper-alloy Medieval non-armorial harness pendant. It is worn,and  broadly crescent shaped, with an extant harness suspension loop. There is some visible decoration in the form of stamped circular dots, creating a lozenge shape. A crushed brass thimble of 18th to early 19th century date. The thimble has small circular pits starting from half way up the sides and running in concentric bands to the crown. Beneath this is a decorative band of chevrons and then a plain band around the base.

A complete cast copper alloy D-shaped buckle dating to the Post Medieval period c.AD1500-1650. The pin is missing. The buckle frame has a vertical axis bar and then a broadly D-shaped frame having a curved outer edge. This outer edge is splayed the inner edge being higher than the outer. this angled edge has deeply incised decoration creating a series of wavey patterns. Fragment of a probable copper alloy Roman plate brooch, inlaid with enamel, dating to the 2nd century AD (100-200AD). The object is oval in plan and slightly convex on the outer face. There is a break at the top and bottom of the object.  This suggests that the object could be a large roundel from the centre of a brooch bow.  It is decorated on the outer face with a series of concentric circular cells, the largest of which contains blue enamel or glass.
