A complete cast lead pipe tamper of post-medieval date (c.AD 1620-1900). The Object depicts a figure standing with both arms falling by the side however one is slightly raised. One leg has a more pronounced boot cuff, and the figure is wearing a long coat, the object is heavily worn so all other detail is lost. The figure stands on an oval shaped based. The object has a grey and cream patina and is heavily pitted. Dimensions: Length 40.1mm, Width 14.5mm, Thickness 9.9mm, Weight 9.72g.

Cast lead bar mount of post-medieval date (c.AD 1500-1900). The object is flat and rectangular in both plan and section. The face of the object is slightly concave and has rectilinear grooves, likely from casting rather than decoration. There is a circular rivet hole on each ned of the mount. A complete probable lead weight or plumb of uncertain date. The lead is conical with a flat base and rounded tip with a small circular dimple. The object has a stippled, cream patina with signs of wear. Dimensions: Length 46.3mm, Diameter 11.2mm, Weight 30.80g. Lead weights are difficult to date when found as stray finds as they are used for long periods of time however similar weights on the database include ESS-EB2B97, WILT-BB2605 and SWYOR-24A123. The latter two, however, unlike the present example have a hollow core.
