A medieval, copper alloy figure of a winged ox or bull, with nimbus. The ox is hown in profile to the right, with his head turned to look back over his body. Capping the head is a neat hairline depicted by incised lines. The left horn rises from the top; the right horn is missing. His eye is a pointed oval, and his nostrils are depicted by two recessed pointed oval cells. A lead alloy figurine representing an eagle. The eagle is looking to its' right with slightly splayed wings and a long tail. The feet are missing, and these appear to be recent breaks as the metal is shiny and has no patina, whereas the rest of the surface has developed a cream/brown patina. The reverse of the bird retains a lot of the feather detail, whereas the head, chest and legs are worn and has lost this detail. The reverse has traces of a black paint.

In 2012 a Middle Bronze Age hoard was discovered while metal detecting on cultivated land. The find consists of 41 copper alloy objects split across two deposits or concentrations of finds, with a small number of finds found a short distance away. A complete unifacial quartzite handaxe, of Lower and / or Middle Palaeolithic dating (400, 000 BC to 50, 000 BC). The quartzite handaxe has been struck from a pebble core. It has been worked unifacially (one side). Approximately 50% of the pebble has been worked. Two large flakes have been removed, to create the main shape, with a couple of smaller flakes removed from the right hand side to create a slightly serrated edge. It measures 102.1 mm in length, 58.5 mm wide and 33.1 mm thick. It weighs 314 g. The quartzite is a mid brown colour, with a couple of curved red veins.

At this one end there are a series of grooves longitudinally, on which pin shafts are thought to have been placed while they were being filed sharp. There is some damage to the working end.. A Neolithic polished stone axehead (c.4000-2351BC). The axe is probably a Group VI axe from Langdale, Cumbria. The axe is sub-rectangular in plan and measures 94.95mm in length. It tapers from 46.71mm at the blade end to 23.02mm at the butt, and is 21.3mm in thickness. The axe weighs 130.78g. A fragment of Roman ceramic Verulamium Region Coarse White-slipped ware (VCWS) ring-neck flagon with neck and handle remaining, Hadrianic to Antonine date AD120-190. The fragment consists of the flagon neck with a handle of four ribs and a four rilled rim. An incomplete Post Medieval ceramic Raeren stoneware shoe/boot dating from AD 1500-1550. The remaining shoe consists of part of the lower leg, ankle and heel part of the shoe, the toe is now missing. The shoe is decorated with a series of stamped dots which represent stitching. The shoe has a grey fabric and glossy grey glaze on both the interior and exterior.
