A small sub-circular perforated lead seal dating from AD 1900 - 1964. It is a General Post Office seal. It is circular with one flat and one domed face. Strands of copper wire project from four points around the edge. The centre of the seal has been perforated by a circular hole suggesting reuse. The partially obscures the obverse design of the letters G[P]O with a broad arrow above and a numeral, probably 14, below. Measurements are; diameter 19.2mm, thickness 7.2mm and weight 14.50g. A lead Early Medieval spindle whorl, dating from about AD 500 - 850. It is of Walton Rogers form A1. The spindle whorl is sub-conical in form, with one flat face and one face with one rounded and one angled side.  The measurements are; diameter 26.0mm, thickness 13.8mm, and weight 45.29g.  The central hole has a diameter of 8.5mm. Form A1 whorls are dated by Walton Rogers to AD 500 - 1000. Those with a central perforation of 6-9mm are more likely to be early to mid Saxon, AD 500 - 850.

A cast lead spindle whorl of Walton Rogers form B1 dating from the Early Medieval to medieval period, about AD 850 - 1200. The whorl has two flat faces and a large central aperture of 11.6mm. The measurements are; diameter 27.6mm, thickness 7.3mm, and weight 31.62g. The object is undecorated and has a light grey patina. Similar examples can the found on the database see SWYOR-B413FF. Walton Rogers dates form B1 from AD 700 in York to 1200. A large central perforation makes a date from AD 850 onwards more likely.

A small, cast lead spindle whorl of Walton Rogers formB1, probably dating from the Early Medieval period, about AD 700 - 850. It is discoid in form, flat at the base, and with vertical sides rising to a flat upper surface. There are no markings. There is a central, circular perforation with an internal diameter of  6.4mm. The measurements are; diameter 20.0mm, thickness 5.4mm, and weight 12.0g.   Similar examples can be found on the data base see SWYOR-B6A64D.

A fragment from a copper-alloy vessel, a handle lug and drop handle from a chafing dish of late medieval or early post-medieval date (AD 1400 - AD 1600).  The handle fragment is rectangular in section. It consists of a short bar that passed through the supporting lug, from which the two sides protrude at obtuse angles. The sides curve slightly away from the bar; terminating in historic breaks. An incomplete moulded clay tobacco pipe, of Post Medieval date, about AD 1600 - 1680. It is a bowl fragment which has a heel. It has been moulded from a white clay imported from the South West UK. The rim is cut and a band of moulded milling which extends over half of the way round. The surface has only been partially burnished leaving a textured, orange peel like surface. A cast lead alloy button dating to the post medieval period, about AD 1500 - 1650. It is circular and domed with a flat back. The front is decorated with a central pellet, from which radiate four paired of raised curving lines, each flanked by three pellets on the inside of the curve.  On the reverse is a casting seam, however the attachment loop is missing. The button measures: Diameter 15.96mm, height 7.01mm without shank, weight 4.11g. Compare SWYOR-8C31B6 which is similar in design.
