A lead alloy disc that it possibly a hand made toy, or a weight. It is circular and in section has rounded edges. One face has a central depression which extends across half of the face. Around the raised outer are many parallel lines from the edge into the centre. Set to one side of the blank central portion are two shapes which suggest clock hands, they are thin, pointed triangles which overlap near the widest part. Lead alloy spoon fragment. Cast handle from a teaspoon or similar, with moulded ovulos aligned down the centre line of its display side in a linear series which is continued by two or more stamped dots; bowl lost and terminal chipped. The metal is particularly pliable, so this was perhaps homemade. Suggested date: Post-Medieval, 1675-1775 Length: 61.7mm, Width: 10.7mm, Thickness (at lower stem): 2.3mm, Weight: 4.34gms

 A Post Medieval lead two disc cloth seal made from two discs of lead held together with a lead strip, dating from AD 1700 - 1900. A central integral rivet from the back of one disc passes through a hole in the other disc and is stamped flat. The seal has the legend R&I in relief on the obverse with the number 829 stamped above it. The imprint of the cloth is visible on the other face. Measurements are; diameter 24.8mm, thickness 2.5mm and weight 7.83g. Compare SUR-51F7A9.

A late Medieval to Post Medieval copper alloy button dating from AD 1450 - 1600. It has a domed solid head with a central pimple, and an integrally cast attachment loop. Measurements are; length 15.8mm, diameter 11.8mm and weight 5.37g.  The shank of the button is 8.6mm long. Compare examples in Bailey (2004) page 28, fig.7.25.

A complete sub-circular two-disc rivet type lead cloth seal, probably post-medieval in date, about AD 1550 - 1800. The discs are connected by a central integral flattened rivet which passes through a hole in the other disc and projects outwards and by a broken connecting loop at one side. Disc one has the number 57 in relief. The rivet projects from the reverse and the face is stamped with a shield, possibly crowned, containing a lion rampant left holding a sword. A bulla type, lead bag seal dating from the late Medieval or early modern period, about AD1890 - 1920. One side is impressed with a Star of David and the other side carries the number 166, 136 or 186. Seals with these markings are regular detector finds in Yorkshire and are probably from bags of guano or phosphate fertilisers. Leeds Phosphate Works used the Star of David motif and the number on the reverse is probably a batch number. The seal is 16.63mm long, 14.35mm wide and 3.38mm thick. it weighs ?g. A complete copper-alloy strap fitting or belt mount of Post-Medieval date, c.AD 1500 - 1700. The fitting comprises a flat D-sectioned plate with a bilobate terminal at one end and a pointed sub-triangular terminal at the other. The mid-section is waisted.  The reverse of the fitting is flat and undecorated with two integral attachment spikes, one at either end, with curing tips. The metal has a dark green patina and is worn. The fitting is 23.3mm long, 15.1mm wide, 6.2mm thick and weighs 1.5g. An incomplete copper-alloy buckle of Post-Medieval date, c.AD 1690 - 1720.  The buckle is sub-rectangular with a drilled frame for a separate spindle. Moulded transverse grooves are present over each spindle hole. The spindle is retained around which a triangular pin is fitted by a closed loop. A ‘cooking-pot’ chape is also retained around the spindle, though the outer edge is lost to worn breaks. Patches of a white metal coating are present on the surface of the buckle. An incomplete copper alloy double loop buckle dating to about  AD 1550-1650. One loop is missing. There are two projecting knops on the outer edge of the bevelled loop of the buckle.  There are two stubs on either side of the pin bar where the other loop would have been attached. There is a knop at each end of the pin bar. The pin bar is rectangular in profile. The reverse is flat. The measurements are; length 19.4mm, width 15.1mm, thickness 3.3mm, and weight 2.82g. An incomplete moulded clay tobacco pipe, of Post Medieval date, about AD 1600 - 1680. It is a bowl fragment which has a heel. It has been moulded from a white clay imported from the South West UK. The rim is cut and a band of moulded milling which extends over half of the way round. The surface has only been partially burnished leaving a textured, orange peel like surface.
