An incomplete lead mount of Post-Medieval date, c.AD 1600 - 1800. The remaining mount is sub-triangular with a thin rectangular profile. It bears moulded decoration on the front surface comprising a raised ovate knob flanked to the upper end by raised ring and dot style motifs. The remains of a fluted border are present to the remaining curved edge. The reverse is flat and undecorated. The metal has a mid-grey/brown patina and is worn. The object is 25.9mm long, 36.5mm wide, 5.8mm thick and weighs 11.3g.

A very small and nearly complete copper-alloy buckle of medieval to Post-Medieval date, c. AD 1350 - 1650. The buckle is a double looped oval with a narrowed strap bar. The frame is undecorated and a triangular pin remains fitted around the bar with an open loop. The tip of the pin is lost to a worn break. The metal has a dark brown patina and is worn. The buckle is 16.1mm long, 10.8mm wide, 1.8mm thick and weighs 0.5g. Similar examples are illustrated in Whitehead, p.53 and are dated to circa AD 1350 - 1650. Ref: Whitehead, R. (1996). An incomplete lead seal matrix of medieval date, c.AD 1200 - 1300. Approximately one third of the pointed ovate seal remains, the rest having been lost to a worn break. The front surface bears an indistinct central device and surrounding partial legend. The remains of a worn mid-rib and loop can be seen to the reverse. The metal has a light brown patina and is worn. The seal matrix is 21.1mm long, 29.1mm wide, 2.9mm thick and weighs 7.1g. Sealing was used for authenticating documents for around 300 years in medieval Britain. A complete copper-alloy seal matrix of medieval date, AD 1300 - 1400. The die of the matrix is circular with a tapering hexagonally faceted handle extending from the reverse. The handle terminates in a sub-triangular loop with central perforation which would have served as a means of suspension. A raised circumferential collar is present where the handle extends into the loop. The die itself carries a central motif depicting a letter 'h' in lowercase Lombadic script. An incomplete copper-alloy spur buckle of medieval date, c.AD 1250 - 1450. The buckle has a single looped oval frame with an integral plate. The plate is narrowed and sub-rectangular with two transverse ridges to the frame end. The wider ridge, closest to the frame, has a central circular perforation through which the pin is fitted with an open loop. The pin is ovate in section with a worn tip. A fragment of a Brandsby Ware vessel of medieval date, c.AD 1200 - 1500. The object is a handle from a large jug. The handle has an ovate section, widening to the top and bottom where it would have joined the vessel proper. The breaks are worn. The upper surface is decorated a two deep parallel grooves. The fabric is hard fired with a reduced grey core and red/buff outer edges. It has a fine, sandy fabric. A dark olive-green glaze covers much of the outer surface of the handle.
