An incomplete Post-Medieval copper alloy buckle dating to c.AD 1660-1720. It is missing half of its frame, is separate strap bar, pin and chape The buckle frame would have been sub-rectangular in plan with rounded narrow edges and a shallow D-shape in cross section with a convex front and flat reverse. although only one half of the frame survives. A flat and relatively thin cast copper alloy disc, 42mm in diameter broken in two pieces found 3m apart. Possibly a post medieval pan (trade) weight of c. 1/16 lb. A complete copper-alloy single sharp-hooked clasp of Read's Early Medieval (1500-1625) Class E Type 3 (2008; 7). The object has a trapezoidal loop (13.6mm wide) above circular main plate. the plate is domed being convex on its front and concave on its reverse. An incomplete copper alloy transverse wing terret dating to the Iron Age (c.100 cal BC - AD 100). About one third of the ring survives. The surviving fragment is made up of a circular cross sectioned bar bent into a curve that would have originally being circular or D-shaped in Plan. A fragment of a copper-alloy disc of Medieval date 8th-9th century. All that remains is a quarter of the disc, which has cruciform arms and a chip-carved counter-relief interlace is net-like and occasionally expands to form small triangles. The interlace is abstract, with no animal elements identifiable, but there is evidence of gilding. The reverse is undecorated and has corrosion. The catchplate and pin are missing. Similar examples can be seen in PAS see NARC-E11208.  Length: 20.58mm Width: 16.85mm Weight: 0.91g

The button has a tombac or white metal upper disc (an alloy of mostly copper and zinc with some other elements) giving a silvery appearance and copper alloy lower disc.
