Copper alloy French jetton dating to the late Medieval, early Post-Medieval period. The jetton is a three circles badge of Tournai. The obverse shows the traditional three circles emblem of the city of Tournai, with a lis in each circle. The reverse shows a cross pattee with a flower in each angle, all in an eight-arched tressure. The object is very worn, and most of the legend cannot be discerned. A cast copper alloy fragment of an openwork buckle. The buckle has a circular tab at one corner; coming down from this is an openwork triangle with three broken tabs protruding from the side. Below the triangle is a diamond; on the diamond, triangle and circular tab is a circle-dot motif, incised on the surface of the panel. Coming down from the diamond are three struts, interrupted by a bar. On the central strut, where it intersects with the bar, is cross-hatching. Corrosion does not allow any other decoration to be discerned on this bar. The struts are broken shortly below the bar. …

Cast copper-alloy finger ring of 18th to 19th century date. The ring has an oval bezel comprising a shallow setting, perhaps for a gemstone or glass. The hoop is wide to either side of the bezel, with engraved foliate designs, and narrows to the reverse. The hoop has broken open.

A cast copper alloy strap mount. The object comprises a single sheet of copper alloy which has been shaped with wavey cut, asymmetrical edge. The reverse is slightly concave and the two rivets can be seen on the top and bottom. The rivets are both broken.

Cast copper alloy strap end with niello inlay. The object is a Thomas Class A Type 1 strap end. The central panel shows a beast looking backwards; this retains traces of the niello. Above this is a trilobate motif. The terminal end is zoomorphic, showing the deeply-chiselled head of a beast.

Cast copper alloy head of a crossbow brooch. The cross bar is stepped. The central and collared side knops are integrally cast, all three are the typical 'onion' type knops. The pin is missing with the exception of the very top, from which it is evident that this brooch sported a hinge pin. The brooch is broken where the bow would have met the crossbar.
