A fragment from an ornate rectangular double looped buckle probably dating from c.AD 1350-1700. Only the outer edge of the narrow frame survives. The frame fragment is rectangular in section and has what would have been a long edge that is narrower than the outer edge. This has a long projecting rectangular tab that projects 6.0mm from the frame. A fragment from a Roman hair pin. The shaft is truncated by a transverse break. This is circular in cross section and then at its top has moulded decoraton. This begins with four transverse raised collars each sepereated by a gouge, above this is then a pear shaper knop at thet of which is a smaller collar and projecting D-shaped knop. The pin is an orange brown colour. The pin is 27.3mm long, 6.4mm wide, and weighs 3.20 grams. There are several similar pins illustrated by Cool (1990: figs 2.13, 3.9, and 4.5).

The foot and catchplate of a cast copper alloy Roman bow brooch. The pin, head and upper portion of the bow, are missing to an old transverse break in the bow. The bow is thick but rectagnular in cross section. Too little of the spearhead survives to assign a type to this fragment. The light weight may imply this is also a modern rail fitting.

An incomplete Roman copper alloy enamelled disc brooch of moulded type, dating to the 2nd century AD. The brooch has three concentric ridges of retained metal, with the spaces between possibly once infilled with enamel, although no trace now remains. The circular recessed boss is now empty but may once have held either enamel or a glass setting. The reverse has a hinge lug holding a copper alloy hinge on an iron spindle and catchplate. The brooch has been bent across the mid line and the pin is missing.

A Post Medieval (16th century) copper alloy and iron knife cap. Tnife cap is sub-rectangular in plan with rounded corners and is oval in cross section. On each side face there is an incised X as decoration. At one terminal there is a slot within which there is an iron knife tang fragment. The surface of the knife cap is abraded and has a mid red-brown coloured surface. The stop is 13.4mm long, 11.7mm wide, 9.8mm thick and weighs 7.35 grams.
