Copper alloy possible stylus. Cast round section rod with a moulded point at one end, flat at the other. The form closely resembles that of both lead dry-points of medieval date and the similar lead pencils for schoolroom use which are of later post-medieval date. Late Roman finds are prominent in the vicinity, so this may be a fragment wjhich has lost the spatulate eraser usually associated with Rpman styli. A fragment of a copper alloy object, possibly a locking arm of a Medieval double loop 'locking buckle' (c. AD 1350-1450). The object is 24.54mm high and has a sub-rectangular cross section. There is a break at the top. The object tapers from 4.45mm wide and 4.09mm thick near the break, to 2.84mm wide and 3.09mm thick near the bottom of the shaft, before expanding to a maximum 4.08mm wide and 5.48mm thick on the lozengiform foot or knop. A cast copper alloy ring or handle of uncertain date. The object is made of a circular sectioned bar that is bent into a half circle in plan. Both terminals are marked by slightly ragged transverse breaks so that the original circuit is not possible to determine. The object is 57.7mm long, and has a diamater of c.6.8mm. it weighs 24.01 grams. This might have been a handle or dervie from a copper alloy ring.

Two (2) conjoined sheets of heavily leaded copper-alloy of uncertain date. The fragments are irregularly shaped with worn breaks to all edges. No identifying features are present. The metal has a mid-green patina with shiny grey patches and is in fair condition. The object is 54.1mm long, 41mm wide, 9.6mm thick and weighs 63.8g. Due to a lack of diagnostic features it is not possible to identify these fragments with confidence.
