Object is a complete, cast, possible blade dating to the Bronze Age. The object is flat and tear dropped shaped, it is possible that this is a type of blade, or tool, although its edges are now very worn and are no longer sharp. The object has a green patina and worn edges showing use. The object weighs 27.5g, and is 54.07mm in length, 27.63mm in width (at its widest part) tapering to 11.30mm (at its thinnest part), and is 4.77mm thick.

Complete cast copper alloy, plain socketed axe dating to the Bronze Age. The axehead has a narrow sub rectangular body, with 2 concave faces flaring towards the blade end. The blade flares out slightly to form a crecsent shaped cutting edge. It has a thin raised collar on the socketed end, and the loop is still intact. The axe has a brown and green patina, and is showing signs of wear and corrosion on all faces. The axe weighs 230.3g and is 94.21mm in length and is 43.42mm in width.

The broken section has eroded, making it difficult to determine if the axe has fractured at the bottom of the socket of a socketed axe of Late Bronze Age type, or through a solid palstave of the Middle to Late Bronze age. The other face is irregular with large pitting, which may have been a feature of the axe, rather than a corrosion effect. The blade edge has been lost through corrosion but was originally expanded.
