Cutting edge and part of the body of a Late Bronze Age socketed axehead, of mid-green patination, most of the upper part is broken in antiquity. the break is abraded and a lighter colour to the original surfaces, as is the the remains of the the cutting edge, now truncated by surface loss. Depth of remaining socket: 16 mm. 1000 to 700 BC.

A fragment of a copper alloy blade, probably from a sword dating to the late Bronze Age period, c. AD 1000-800 BC.
The fragment is from the blade section of the sword and is sub-rectangular in profile and lenticular in section. The fragment narrows slightly in width and thickness from one transverse break to the other. Both breaks are worn preventing a judgment on whether the breaks are deliberate or not. The surface of the fragment is very worn with little of the remaining surface and edges remaining.

A fragment of a blade – possibly a rapier dating to the mid to late bronze age (c.BC 1500-700). The blade is sub-rectangular in plan and lozenge shaped in section. The blade is narrow when viewed in plan and the edges are slightly concave, in section it shows both faces are convex and narrow at the edges to make the sharp edge of the blade. The object has a light green patina.

An incomplete copper alloy palstave dating to the middle Bronze Age period (c. 1500-1300 BC).
The axehead consists of the lower blade and cutting edge. The object has a sub-triangular section that narrows to the cutting edge. The cutting edge is slight convex and has a width of 37.4mm. The edge is worn and abraded. The opposite terminates in a straight, worn break, perhaps suggesting the object was broken in antiquity. The axehead has a smooth bright green patina.

A fragment of a middle to late bronze age copper alloy axehead of uncertain type dating between 1600-800 BC
The solid fragment consists of the blade end of the axehead. The blade corners are missing and the cutting edge is very worn. The rest of the object is lost to a worn oblique break. The entire object is heavily worn and pitted, with a mottled green/brown patina.

An incomplete copper alloy late Bronze Age sword hilt probably dating to the Wilburton or Ewart Park metalworking tradition and dating to 1000 - c.800. BC. The terminal is 'fishtailed', and 31.8mm wide, with flared, pointed ends and a small concave depression in the middle. The hilt plate is 19.6mm wide and presents two raised parallel ribs along its length on both faces, with a broad central groove between. The object has broken across the first rivet hole which has a casting seam around the inside edge. The object is heavily abraded and all breaks are patinated.

An incomplete copper alloy Bronze Age flat axehead dating from the Early Bronze Age, about 2400 - 1600 calibrated BC. It is incomplete and very damaged, so only small areas of the original surface survive. They are decorated on both faces with short sub-parallel and irregular lentoid grooves (rain pattern). They are at an oblique angle, and those near the butt are angled the other way to those nearer the blade end. Both the butt and the cutting edge are missing. A copper alloy middle to late Bronze Age tranistional Palstave axehead dating from about 1250 - 950 cal BC, Penard or early Wilburton phase. The palstave is a transitional type with a deeply undercut stop.
It has a thin butt with flanges that expand from the end of the butt to the stop in a triangular shape. The tallest part of the flange is at the stop. The stop ridge is curved and forms a small socket (is deeply undercut). It is 15.3mm high from the surface of the butt on one face, and 13.3mm high on the other face. It does not protrude to the sides (is unobtrusive).

A copper alloy middle Bronze Age dirk of Group II, dating from the Arreton to Taunton phase, 1700 - 1275 cal BC. It has a rounded butt with two circular rivet holes positioned near the edge. A curved line visible on one face 16mm from the butt may show the extent of the hafting. There is a corresponding change of patina in the same place on the other face.
