Pottery body sherd decorated with a single impressed twisted cord in two lines, with one line running horizontally, parallel to the rim, and the other obliquely at about a 45 degree angle.
The surface and core of the sherd have been oxidised to an orangey brown colour. The interior surface of the sherd has been wiped, and there is the impression of the textile used on the surface, probably before reaching the 'leather-hard' stage while drying, in order to remove surface condensation.
