A complete, cast copper alloy rotary key of Medieval date (c.AD 1200- 1400). The key has a circular bow with a large aperture. The shank is hollow, oval-sectioned (probably drilled as no seams can be seen to indicate folding) and widens slightly towards the collar at the shoulders. The opening of the shank has some damage.
