An incomplete, copper alloy buckle of Post-Medieval date, about AD 1500 - 1650. It is a single loop, D-shaped buckle with a narrowed and offset strap bar. The sides of the frame are rounded at the bar end and concave on the side edges. The outer edge is expanded in the centre to form an oval. There is no decoration and the pin is missing. The buckle is 30.4mm long, 37mm wide and 4.1mm thick. It weighs  7.71g. Similar buckles are illustrated in Whitehead, 2003, Buckles 1250 - 1800, pages 28 - 29.

An iron chisel, splitter or other tool of unknown date, Roman - Post Medieval, AD 43 - 1950. The chisel is wedge shaped at the widest point, although very rusted. It tapers sharply to the narrow end which is a rounded lozenge shaped in cross-section.
