Lead window came fragment. A short length of cast H-section window came with a trapped fragment of dark degraded glass at one end on one side. Patinated. This came would have permitted the setting of two small adjacent panes. The glass is reverting to its constituent ingredients, which is a feature of a medieval ‘forest’ glass made using potash, rather than the more robust soda glasses of earlier and later times. It consists of a circular boss with two pierced attachment loops, the hook is missing, with iron corrosion present around a circular hole in the disc. Decoration comprises a prominent boss in the centre of three sets of double-line in counter-relief.  A Post Medieval lead two disc cloth seal made from two discs of lead held together with a lead strip, dating from AD 1700 - 1900. A central integral rivet from the back of one disc passes through a hole in the other disc and is stamped flat. The seal has the legend R&I in relief on the obverse with the number 829 stamped above it. The imprint of the cloth is visible on the other face. Measurements are; diameter 24.8mm, thickness 2.5mm and weight 7.83g. Compare SUR-51F7A9.

One side is impressed with a Star of David and the other side carries the number 166, 136 or 186.
