A curved flint blade of probable Bronze Age date, 53.8mm in length and struck from a secondary flake of grey flint. The distal end has been worked into a triangular point with short semi-abrupt retouch on both sides. The flake has cortex on both faces at the proximal end suggesting that it derived from a nodule with a thick cortical layer.

It is circular, a raised border on the outer circumference and approximately halfway along the diameter forms a section, inside which cells for enamel are formed by alternate high and low sections. On the raised parts there are traces of a blue enamel. An incomplete copper-alloy pin of Early-Medieval date, c.AD 700 - 900.
The pin comprises a spherical head and circular sectioned shaft. The head is decorated with sinuous spiralling grooves, a decorative type known informally as 'wrythen-headed'. The shaft extends from the base of the head and terminates in a worn break. A collar is present at the junction between the head and shaft.
The metal has a dark brown patina and survives in good condition. The pin is 31mm long, 9.5mm in diameter at the head and 1.8mm in diameter at the shaft, and weighs 3.3g.

A complete copper alloy lunate harness mount dating from the Roman period (AD43-200).
The object is lunate or crescent shaped with the main body in the form of curving folds, tapering from the centre to join at the terminals where there is a swirl inwards at both ends. At the left there appears to be an open (possibly broken?) loop; this terminal is also a little higher. The reverse is concave. There is an attachment stud at the base of the curve with a large almost flat top.
The patina of the metal is of a dark green to grey colouring with some lighter patches.

An incomplete cast copper-alloy object of likely medieval to post-medieval date c.AD500-1700). The has a central moulded bar consisting of two cylindrical shapes separated by a groove. The face of the object has an X inscribed on each of these cylinders whereas the reverse is undecorated. There is a horn like projection from each side that curves upwards and terminates at a break.

The fragment is from the blade section of the sword and is sub-rectangular in profile and lenticular in section. The fragment narrows slightly in width and thickness from one transverse break to the other. Both breaks are worn preventing a judgment on whether the breaks are deliberate or not. The Jew's harp is lozengiform in cross section and comprises a sub-triangular head with two tapering prongs. A rabbat (notch) on one side at the apex of the head would have accommodated the iron tongue, now missing. Some ferrous material remains within the rabbat. Both prongs taper to points.
The metal has a light green/brown patina with a worn surface. The object is 58.29mm in length, 30.82mm in width at the head, 5.37mm in thickness and weighs 12.98g.

The loop at the top of the bell is externally a square and internally has one edge rounded- the edge at the top of the loop away from the body of the bell. There are two sound holes on the upper half of the body of the bell: looking from above, the loop appears like a vertical line with a sound hole on either side of the line. An incomplete cast copper alloy key of medieval date, about AD 1250-1500. It is a London type VI key. The bow of the key is an openwork quatrefoil below which is a bulbous collar. From the collar a hollow circular-sectioned stem extends towards the hollow tip, part of which is broken off. The break is worn. The bit is probably rectangular but most of it is missing. The metal is dark green in colour. The key is 85.2mm long, 27.6mm wide, 9.7mm thick and weighs 28.97g. An incomplete Medieval copper alloy openwork staff terminal cast in a single piece, of early medieval or Norman date AD 1000 - 1200. The staff terminal is sub spherical with an openwork socket at one end. The head of the staff is decorated with a cast pierced pattern of lattice like openwork lozenges ornamented with projecting knop like bosses or pellets. At the apex is a cross in a circle. A complete Post Medieval uniface lead flax or hemp bale seal dating from about AD 1700-1900. There is a slot of sub-rectangular section running through the seal from edge to edge. The obverse bears a cross keys design, arms associated with the Baltic port of Riga. There is a cross abve the keys, and an I between the bows of the keys, denoting the grade of flax (see The Peacehavens Project: http://www.peacehavens.co.uk/BSTYPES.htm#CODEMOVE03). It is 19.4mm in diameter and 6.4mm thick. It weighs 11.4g.

A copper alloy Medieval or Post Medieval purse bar, of Williams class H, dating from AD 1440 - 1620. The arms of the bar are sub-rectangular in cross-section, projecting from a rectangular central block. A vertical hole through the block runs at right angles to the bar. The block has a notch in the underside to accommodate the rove from the missing loop. At the end of each arm is a large fungiform knop. The purse bar is undecorated and has a dark green patina. A copper alloy middle to late Bronze Age tranistional Palstave axehead dating from about 1250 - 950 cal BC, Penard or early Wilburton phase. The palstave is a transitional type with a deeply undercut stop.
It has a thin butt with flanges that expand from the end of the butt to the stop in a triangular shape. The tallest part of the flange is at the stop. The stop ridge is curved and forms a small socket (is deeply undercut). It is 15.3mm high from the surface of the butt on one face, and 13.3mm high on the other face. It does not protrude to the sides (is unobtrusive).

It is shield shaped and the front is decorated with a moulded double fleur design on a raised plinth. The weight has a yellow grey patina with areas of wear.
