An incomplete Hod Hill type brooch dating to AD 80 -120. The head is hinged with traces of a rusted iron spindle and a copper alloy pin. The head tapers back to a flaring collar on the bow, behind which are a series of transverse ridges as the bow narrows to an old break. The foot and catchplate are missing.

The head has a pair of small, flat stumps of wings over a stumps of the chord hook, spring and pin, which would have been integrally cast. An incomplete and bent cast copper alloy Roman Initial T-shaped brooch, of Colchester derivative hinged pin type (Mackreth (2011) CD H) dating to the late 1st to early 2nd century AD. An incomplete cast copper-alloy La Tene III/Nauheim derivative type bow brooch dating to the late Iron Age or early Roman period, 35mm in length, comprising the bow and a stump of the spring, which is 8mm in diameter and made from the same piece of metal as the rest of the brooch. The bow is lozengiform with a flat cross sectional profile and is decorated with a line of punched S-shapes along the centre and linear external borders. A fragment of a cast copper alloy Roman brooch of Colchester derivative Harlow double-lugged type dating to the first century AD. The arms are hemi-cylindrical and enclose the spring, which is held on a copper alloy spindle in a double lugged flange at the centre. A copper alloy Crossbow brooch fragment, dating to the Roman period (c.AD 350-380). It has a rectangular section head with a collared onion knob at either end, one is missing, with a thin stiff copper alloy wire which would have passed through the head of the brooch, but is broken, this serves as an axis bar for the stub of a hinged pin. At the centre of the bow, between the onion knobs and at the centre of the body's head, is a circular perforation. The body, catchplate and pin of the brooch are missing. Fragment of a  Romano-British Colchester Type Hinged Pin brooch dating from the 1st-2nd century AD (c. AD43-120).The T-shaped  head has broken rolled cylindrical arms that curve out slightly to the trapezoidal cross sectioned bow and has the remnants of a cast on loop.
