A cast copper alloy spectacle (double loop) buckle of c.1550-1650. There are angular lobed knops at two symmetrical points on the external edge of each loop and at either end of the strap bar. The front of the buckle frame has a tapered edge on the loops and strap bar. The reverse has a plain flat surface. File marks are evident on its front surface. The loop of an iron pin is present but missing the main formation of the pin. It has suffered a wide break on one loop. An example can be seen in 'Buckles 1250-1850' by Ross Whitehead fig.382.

The hook is decorated with oblique transverse lines. The circular eye attachment on the rear of the plate also appears soldered and protrudes at right angles to the plate. A complete copper alloy thimble dating to the post medieval period (c.AD 1650-1750). It is conical in shape with a domed top and a series of small circular indentations about the outside.  This is similar in style to some of the Dutch thimbles from this period. From about 1650, Dutch thimbles were made in one piece, and this technology was brought to England when John Lofting, a Dutch immigrant, was granted an English patent for a thimble-making machine in 1693. A late Medieval to Post-Medieval cast copper-alloy casket key probably dating to c.1400-1800. Sub-circular irregular pierced bow, with an integral oval solid shaft that is flared towards the end. The bit is simple, rectangular in form. The surface displays a green patina. A heavily worn and abraded 17th century copper-alloy token halfpenny issued by Isaac Mardock, an oilman of Southwark in Surrey, dated 1666 on the token. (Williamson Southwark 412). Obverse: an oil storage container surrounded by initials triad M / I I. Inscription: [IS]AAC•MARDOCK•OYLEMAN•  Reverse: HIS/HALFE/PENNY in three lines. Inscription: IN•SUFFOLK•STREET•1666 Diameter 19.2mm, thickness 0.4mm, weight 0.7g.

A Post-Medieval lead bi-face token of Powell type 2 / 16 (initials / shields) probably dating to c.1550-1800. Circular and flat. The obverse has the initial letters W B in one line with a pellet above. The reverse depicts a shield bearing a perched bird right. Pelleted perimeters on both sides. A complete Post Medieval lead cap which would seal a powder carrier, dating to c. AD 1600-1700. The cap had been squashed resulting in significant deformation and was straightened by the finder before photographing. Two integral loops survive,which were compressed against the body of the cap.  Dimensions: height: 17.3mm,  width: 22.34mm,  weight:13.91g.
