A Post-Medieval cast copper-alloy leather decorative mount, probably dating to c.1500-1700. An asymmetrical flat plate with a trefoil head and protruding sides, tapering down to a bifurcated base, with moulded foliate decoration on the face. A cast copper alloy spectacle (double loop) buckle of c.1550-1650. There are angular lobed knops at two symmetrical points on the external edge of each loop and at either end of the strap bar. The front of the buckle frame has a tapered edge on the loops and strap bar. The reverse has a plain flat surface. File marks are evident on its front surface. The loop of an iron pin is present but missing the main formation of the pin. It has suffered a wide break on one loop. An example can be seen in 'Buckles 1250-1850' by Ross Whitehead fig.382.

A possibly Post-Medieval or probably Modern, copper-alloy composite hook and eye decorated plate.  A slightly convex, sub-triangular plate with floral decoration and a blunt hook formed from a length of bent copper-alloy bar that has been soldered to the rear of the plate. The hook is decorated with oblique transverse lines. The circular eye attachment on the rear of the plate also appears soldered and protrudes at right angles to the plate. An incomplete cast copper-alloy Post Medieval oval frame from a two-piece shoe buckle, dating to c.1660-1720. An oval convex face, chamfered on the outside with a pin rest at one end. The reverse is chamfered on the inside with a thickened portion at either side, drilled to accept a separate iron spindle that is now missing along with the chape assembly. A complete copper alloy thimble dating to the post medieval period (c.AD 1650-1750). It is conical in shape with a domed top and a series of small circular indentations about the outside.  This is similar in style to some of the Dutch thimbles from this period. From about 1650, Dutch thimbles were made in one piece, and this technology was brought to England when John Lofting, a Dutch immigrant, was granted an English patent for a thimble-making machine in 1693. A late Medieval cast copper-alloy annular buckle with an incomplete pin dating to c.1250-1450. Flattened circular frame, with a pin simply wrapped around and able to traverse completely around it. The pin is missing the tip and is formed from flat copper-alloy strip with the reverse having 'turned up' sides to increase rigidity strength. Both buckle and pin display an even green patina. Rectangular in plan and flattened, elongated U-shaped in profile. The sides are slightly splayed with the remains of iron attachments in the centre. An incomplete copper alloy T-shaped Roman brooch, Large south-western type of AD 2nd century date. The foot and base of the pin are missing.  The wings are cylindrical and house an iron axis bar for the pin. At the head is the stub of a pierced headplate. A Post Medieval copper-alloy French square 3.2g coin-weight issued during the reign of Henry II of France, dating to c.1547-59. Sub-square and flat, chamfered on both sides forming an angled profile. The obverse is struck off-centre, bearing a cruciform of four 'crowned letter H's' with lis in the angles and a small cross in the centre. The reverse depicts the Roman numerals XX / II in two lines. Used to check the Henri d'or of four H's type. Probably struck at Lyons and should have weighed 3.5g. Sub-square 13mm x 11.6mm, thickness 3.1mm, weight 3.2g.

An old break at the base probably once formed a hooked arm, with a rectangular attachment loop at the opposite end. The face has moulded decoration of two chevrons with possibly a thistle head or similar above. The reverse is plain and flat and the surface displays an even green patina.
