Unattributed Mint. This is an aberrant type which does not have matching reverse legend and type. There is no recorded specimen in the old RIC, but this is the second example of this type which will appear in Sam Moorhead's new RIC.

Sam Moorhead has recorded a number of similar pieces in corpus for the new RIC volume. This coin is not from the Rouen / Rotomagus mint, but was struck in Britain in the early years of Carausius' reign.
