A flint coarse-scraper possibly of very Late Neolithic to Early Bronze Age date (c. 2400 - 1600 BC). The object is made from a light brown opaque flint. Almost the entire surface of the flint is covered with a white patina where recortication has occurred. There are also spots of orange iron staining too. However, the distal end of the scraper is stained neither white nor orange, and shows the original colour of the flint. The object is a roughly semi-circular shape and has been manufactured from a tertiary flake of flint. On the ventral surface of the flake there is conchoidal …

Late Neolithic/early Bronze Age c.3000 - c.1500 BC 'thumbnail' scraper. Although scrapers are fairly ubiquitous, the retouch looks invasive and penetrates deeply into the body of the scraper. The scraper has retouch on c.75% of its circular shape and brown is a molted grey and white colour. The base of the scraper is relatively flat with slight ripples indicative of a soft hammered flake. A strike platform is vistable.  Length: 15.07mm, Width: 16.42mm, Thickness at its thickest point: 4mm. Weight: 1.24g.

A  sub-rounded flint tool, probably an end scraper of late Neolithic/early Bronze Age date c. 3300 -1800BC. The scraper is struck from a secondary flake of black flint worked on one edge with short abrupt and semi abrupt scaled retouch. A buff coloured cortex remains on the majority of the dorsal face and the ventral face has a pronounced bulb of percussion and rippling suggesting hard hammer working. Measurements: 38.23mm Long; 33.85mm wide; 13.86mm thick. Weight 20.8g. The form is similar to a Bronze age thumbnail scraper, but it is quite large. Butler (2005): 168 n…

It is formed from a leaf shaped flake with a notched void at the right mesal (edge). Three flakes have been removed at the opposite edge. One along the very edge forms a sharp cutting/scraping edge. The ventral surface has a low bulb of percussion and faint radiating ripples of percussion emanating from it. There is short,semi-abrupt,sub-parallel retouch around the edge of the notch. Formed on a d-shaped tertiary flake of light-brown flint, with semi-abrupt parallel retouch all around the curved edge, and a striking platform at the proximal edge, with two subcircular areas of surface loss emanating from it on the dorsal face. There is a (probably recent) break along the right side (when viewed with the dorsal face uppermost and the striking platform at the top) which has produced a straight edge between 3 and 5 o'clock.
