A worn Continental Edwardian-type long-cross silver penny issued by Gaucher of Chatillon, count of Procein, France in the period AD1313-1322 at the Yves mint.
Obverse is extremely worn but shows crowned head facing. Obverse reads [G]A[LCH]S COM[E]S PORC.
Reverse shows long-cross with three pellets in each quarter. Reverse reads [MO]N/[E]TA/OVA/Y.VE showing broken annulet between Y and V.
Die axis is 7 or 8 o'clock. Weight is 1.15g, diameter is 18.6mm, thickness is 0.8mm.
