Early Medieval plated contemporary copy of a Dirham of Abbasid, Hârûn ar-Rashîd 170-193 AH./786-809AD. and Da'ûd, an unidentified official found on Dirham with the mint name al-Muhammadîya 170-174, 182-186
The coin was a product of the same area as the official coinage and appears to be quite rare.

An early-medieval silver dirham of the Umayyads (or a contemporary imitation) dating to the mid-8th century. Paul Cannon has kindly commented 'I am fairly sure that I can see the mint Wasit and date AH 124 ie AD 741-742'
