A lead alloy shot of probably Post Medieval or early Modern date (AD1600-1800). Probably pistol shot. The shot is sub-spherical in form with a smooth surface and is light grey / blue in colour. A casting seam and prominent casting sprue are present. The surface opposite the casting sprue is flattened from use (probably hitting something when fired). Diameter: 13.20mm. Weight: 12.90g
