Neolithic knapped flake, c.4000-2000 BC. It is a sub rectangular section of a longer flake, with bulb of percussion at one end. The edges of this ventral surface expand just am little towards the break and the face shows concentric ripples. On the dorsal surface there are flake scars and two roughly parallel longitudinal flake scar ridges down the middle, leaving lower left and right margins as 'beveled' edges with abrupt retouch. There is a possible notch on the left distal edge.

An oval flnt scraper of later Neolithic to Bronze Age oval flint scraper, 3400-1000 BC. This scraper is struck from a secondary flake of dark grey flint. The curved distal end has intrusive low angle and short abrupt scaled retouch and there are removal scars from further retouch across the dorsal surface. There does not appear to be a striking platform.

An early Neolithic leaf shaped arrowhead struck from a brown flint. The arrowhead is broadly "kite" shaped with symmetrical convex sides (cf. Butler (2005), p 123, Type 2C) and bifacially worked. The dorsal face has long, low-angle covering pressure-flaked retouch and the ventral face has patches of long, low angle intrusive parallel retouch at either end. The cross section is plano convex with the ventral surface being slightly flatter than the dorsal surface. The butt end is incomplete.

Blades from such a core could have been retouched and made into scrapers, knives, or other tools.

A flint axehead. A flaked axehead. Made on a nodule of pale grey-brown flint, now patinated to matt off-white and with iron staining along the flake ridges. Flaked on both faces from the edges, butt and cutting edge. All the cortex has been removed. The side edges are largely straight. It has a wide, slightly convex, cutting edge formed by flake removals from the edge into the body of the axehead. The axe tapers to the butt and has a lentoid cross section. A probable Late Neolithic to Early Bronze Age secondary flint flake implement or scraper dating to the period c. 2700-1600 BC. Black flint. The flake is unevenly shaped and bi-convex in cross-section with a prominent dorsal surface with large angular negative scars and light angular retouching along the right edge. On the opposite edge is a semi-circular notch, also with signs of retouch. No evidence of bulb of percussion or ripples on the ventral surface. The flint measures 35.1mm long, 18.9mm wide, 6.3mm thick and weighs 4.88 grams.

An incomplete Late Neolithic to Bronze Age barbed and tanged arrowhead dating c. 2400-1000 BC. The blade, made of dark grey-brown flint, is triangular and plano-convex in cross-section. The tip is missing. At the base is a short rectangular tang missing a corner. Either side of the tang is a scar where the missing tangs once extended. Both faces have invasive and covering, scaled, low-angle retouching. The arrowhead measures 34.5mm long, 21.9mm wide, 4.3mm thic and weighs 2.79 grams.

The flint is light grey coloured. There is a point at one end and a squared base. The dorsal and ventral faces have no retouching with a low bulb of percussion. There is short, scaled, abrupt mesal retouching on the opposite edges on the two faces. The flint measures 29.3mm long, 14.9mm wide, 4.4mm thick and weighs 2 grams.

A large later Neolithic oblique arrowhead, 56.7mm in length, made from a struck tertiary flake of dark brown flint. The arrowhead is triangular with a long point and a single barb at the rear on one side which has a concave rear edge. There is an incomplete tang at the centre of the rear end. The long side with the barb has bifacial intrusive low angle scaled retouch all along it. The opposing long side feathers to a convex edge and is unworked.

A Neolithic flint point, probably an arrowhead of oblique type, 44.1mm in length and made from a struck tertiary flake of dark brown flint. The arrowhead is triangular with a long point which has been refined by fine abrupt retouch along one side of the tip and bifacially worked low angle and semi abrupt scaled retouch along the rest of the length of the blade. The rear end is slightly convex with a small patch of low angle scaled retouch, perhaps to blunt it for hafting.
