A probable flint fabricator or rod probably dating from the early Mesolithic to late bronze-age period. Description: The fabricator is an elongated rectangle in shape and triangular in cross-section. It is made on a secondary flake with a small area of pale brown cortex at the distal end. A complete Blunted Scraper of Mesolithic to Neolithic date (9000-1500 BC). The object is sub-rectangular in plan and concavo-convex section. The dorsal surface has three predominant negative scars. The proximal and distal ends have been blunted. The left- and right-hand edges have semi-abrupt retouch. The ventral surface is slightly concave. The lithic retains no cortex and is therefore a tertiary flake. The flint is brown in colour. Length: 55.83mm, Width: 12.87mm, Thickness: 5.72mm, Weight: 4.6g

A secondary debitage flint blade probably dating from the Mesolithic period, about BC 9000 - 4000. The object is rectangular in plan and triangular plano-convex in cross-section, formed from light-gray semi-translucent flint. There is no retouch present and it is possible to see remnants of cortex on the dorsal face towards both the distal and proximal ends. The distal end is snapped. Dimensions: The object is 46.9mm in length, 12mm in width, 4.6mm in thickness and it weighs 3.4g.

A flint core produced during the process of blade manufacture.The flint is light grey-brown. It is now largely covered in a heavy off-white patina with small areas of reddish brown ferrous staining, mainly on the flake scar ridges. A large and complete Mesolithic flint tranchet adze dating to circa 10000-4000 BC, 176mm in length and struck from a grey-brown flint. The tool is extensively worked on all sides with soft-hammered removals and has a lenticular cross section and a distinctively curved side profile, suggesting use as an adze. The cutting edge is rounded and symmetrical, with a wedge-shaped side profile and evidence for a tranchet removal on the dorsal face. Small patches of buff coloured cortex remain on the butt end and ventral surface.
