A complete lead alloy spindle whorl. It is plano-convex in shape with a domed side, rounded edges and a flat base with a central perforation  No decoration is present on either side and it classified as Walton Rogers form A1 (Walton Rogers, 1997, p.1731/1738). The whorl has an even fawn patina. A complete lead alloy Early Medieval (Anglo-Saxon) nummular brooch.  Discoidal in plan and flat the front face is decorated with a human figure holding a staff and with a crown, sat on a bench holding a figure, either a child or animal, within a border of raised pellets or beads. A copper alloy possible polyhedral weight. It is basically a cylindrical shape but is faceted unevenly on all sides. Half of the faces have a pattern of parallel lines on them. Overall it has an even white patina, and is thus probably mainly made of lead alloy. The weight fits neither the Scandinavian nor Dublin Viking unit weight systems.
