A base sherd of a jar made from a flint-tempered late Bronze Age to early Iron Age handmade coarseware, probably of the Post-Deverel-Rimbury 'Plainware' group dating prior to 800 BC. The fabric is a reduced dark grey-black, friable and tempered with abundant coarse and poorly sorted sub angular calcined flint inclusions. The base is flat and around 88mm in diameter. The exterior surface has been burnished.

A copper alloy four way strap distributor of Medieval date (c. AD 1100-1300).  The distributor is a frame that is square externally (with sightly convex edges) and has a quatrefoil perforation internally. On the front, at each corner, there is a thickened square boss. Between the bosses are four constrictions at the centre of each side, for the missing attachment loop strap ends. The reverse is flat and undecorated. An incomplete early Medieval (Anglo-Saxon) radiate-head brooch dating to AD 500-570. The base of the foot and pin are missing; but is otherwise complete. The head is broadly cruciform in plan, with a semi-circular head plate and three semi-cylindrical projections. A rim sherd made from a shell-tempered handmade coarseware, probably in the Deverel Rimbury tradition and of middle Bronze Age (c. 1500-1000 BC). The fabric is a reduced dark grey-black, friable and tempered with abundant coarse and poorly sorted sub angular calcined shell inclusions. The rim had an original diameter around 350mm and is decorated with indentations. The exterior surface has no visible decoration.

A rim sherd from a burnished, hand made bowl of later Iron Age or early Roman date (possibly Black Burnished ware 1). The fabric is reduced dark grey to black with a coarse sand temper and abundant mica. The rim is plain and was originally around 160mm in diameter. There is no decoration to the surface, but thumb impressions from the potter are evident around the interior side.

An incomplete, copper alloy, Headstud brooch of Roman dating, circa (AD 75 - 200). The pin, spring and lower half of the bow and catch plate are missing. In plan the brooch is T-shaped. The wings are rectangular in cross section and the bow is 'D' shaped in section with a flat rear face and rounded upper surface. An incomplete copper-alloy Roman enamelled plate brooch. It is disc-shaped and its outer face is decorated with a raised ring around the outer edge and two smaller concentric raised rings in the centre. The three fields between these rings contain a white paste, with the middle ring retaining red enamel. To one side of the reverse there is a single-lug pin fitting covered with corroded iron and to the other side the remains of a small catch-plate, its hooked outer edge missing.
