A medieval cut halfpenny of William I, two sceptres type (dating to 1072-4). There is a mis-spelling on the obverse which reads [WILLEM] REX ANGOL rather than ANGLOR. The coin is worn and slightly creased. Reference: North 844 (note ANGOL)
