Medieval coin; incomplete struck silver soldino of unknown Doge. The soldino is of the oldest design and therefore dates from the rough period c.1368-1470. Unfortunately the obverse inscription is too worn to identify which Doge is depicted. Obv. Doge advancing left holding banner out before him No inscription legible Rev. The winged lion of Saint Mark of Venice within an inner circle S M[ARCVS VE]NETI Diameter 14.4mm, thickness 0.5mm, weight 0.27g
