Obverse features left-facing bust of Elizabeth I with two pellets behind within a beaded circle. Bust is slight worn and parts of the legend are not legible. Legend: [I.]D.[G.R]OSA.SINE.SPINA. Reverse features a fourchee long-cross above royal shield within beaded circle. Mint mark: lis (1558-1560 AD; 1567-1570). Legend: [CI]VI.TA[S.L]ON.D[ON]. It has an irregular flan. Diameter: 16.08mm; thickness: 0.53mm; weight: 0.79g.
