A penny of Elizabeth I, possibly sixth issue, initial mark is possibly an escallop dating to 1584-7.
Obverse: very worn but within a circle of pellets probably depicts crowned bust facing. Pellets of the crown plus shoulders just visible. Probably one of the older busts from the later coinage. Inner circle of pellets beneath the inscription.
