A silver hammered coin dating from the Medieval period: a halfpenny of Henry V (1413-1422) struck in London. Broken annulet to right of crown; the left of the crown is obscured by piercing. Withers Type 5b ii or iii, N. 1409. The coin has a diameter of 11.6mm, a thickness of 0.4mm, and weighs 0.41g. It has been pierced for suspension from the reverse. This piercing would allow the cross on the reverse to hang almost upright, indicating possible reuse as a Christian pendant.
