One of two silver Medieval English groats, discovered a distance of 3-4 feet from one another. The coins are described by Julian Baker of the Heberden Coin Room, The Ashmolean Museum, as follows: (1) A silver groat of Henry IV, AD 1399-1413, light coinage AD1412-13, London mint. Spink, Coins of England No.1728.
