Silver hammered voided long-cross penny of Henry III dating from c. AD1251-1272. Wren states that "one obverse die used at Canterbury has the central crown ornament as three pellets, as usually seen in Class Vh. This die has only been seen mused with Class Vd reverses. Muling between classes Vc and Vd is generally known." (Wren 2006, 59) This coin here seems to have the crown of Class Vc with three pellets.
