Moneyers called Henri worked at Bristol (classes 3a-b), Hereford (3a-b), London (3a-5g), Newcastle (3a-c) and Oxford (3b-c). This coin is class 3c onwards (neck indicated) and the positioning of the lettering on the obverse suggests this would have been with sceptre, and so classes 4a-5g, London mint.
