North vol 1, p222, no 976/1. Coin has been folded in half, reverse outwards. One half has been lost, the break is patinated. Diameter: 18.0 mm Thickness: 1.3 mm Weight: 0.7 g

It is 19.5mm diameter, 0.6mm thick and 1.5g. Compare North number 975/2 - 977 on page 222 (North, 1994, English Hammered Coinage Volume 1).
