Incomplete post-medieval gilt copper alloy buckle, one oval loop of a double-looped frame, the bar missing. In the centre of the edge an elaborate knop comprises an external trefoil and an internal scallop-shell motif. Broadly comparable with Whitehead 2003, no. 430, but with plain sides and a more clearly defined trefoil. Gilding survives patchily on the front. It was probably absent from the hollowed rear. Extant length and width 36.5 and 50.5mm. c.1550 - c.1650. (field RG5)

Fragment of a medieval gilt copper alloy trapezoidal buckle frame, one side, part of the outside edge and a stump of the narrowed bar. At the two extant corners a large biconvex-headed decorative rivet, and the break across the edge has truncated a hole that probably held another rivet. Length 17mm. Extant width 14mm. 13th century. Finder's field 6.

Post Medieval copper alloy hooked strap fitting, probably a 17th century sword belt fitting. The mount has a flat oval central plate decorated with an engraved design: an incised line running parallel to to the plate's edge, small annulets, and probably flowers and lines, now obscured by corrosion. An incomplete copper alloy probable horse harness mount. A probable harness mount or bridle fitting. The main body of the mount is broadly lozengiform, with a break at one end and a flared terminal at the other. The front is faceted with a central rib. Before the break, the mount widens slightly and the surface is decorated with a moulded zoomorphic or human face. The face comprises two pellet eyes with concentric recesses around them, arched eyebrows above and a triangular nose ridge between them.
