A worn Medieval silver penny of Edward III (1327-1377), probably Fourth coinage, pre-treaty period (1355-1361), Series G (1356-1361). Minted at Durham. Initial mark Cross 3, Probably North (1991) no.1216, with small annulets stops.. Measurements: 17.17mm diameter, 0.83mm thick and 0.96g in weight.
