A small copper alloy object, probably a ferrule, of most likely modern date, perhaps dating to the 18th or 19th century. The ferrule takes the shape of a flat-topped dome, which is circular (although distorted/dented on one side) in plan. The flat top is undecorated, the tapering sides are decorated with a stamped continuous decorative border in a "meander" motif following the entire circumference. The object has developed a shiny mid-green patina over its exterior surface. Its maximum diameter is 13.97mm and height 6.58mm. It weighs 0.87 grams.

The central portion of if the plate is broadly sub-oval, or foliate, in shape, with a five-lobed lower edge and an upper edge that narrows before a squared edge. A complete copper-alloy Post Medieval thimble dating to c. AD 1500-1600. The thimble is domed and has a circumferential band around the base. The outside surface of the walls has seven horizontal rows of sub-triangular indentations. The domed head is decorated in a similar fashion, with the indentations this time arranged in a swirled pattern. The inside is undecorated. The thimble measures 19.7mm in height, 22.2mm diameter, is 1.2mm thick and weighs 7.50 grams.

The top face is decorated with a crudely executed linear incised line border, surrounding randomly placed dot and circle motifs, typical of the age. A copper alloy fragment of an Anglo-Saxon Girdle-Hanger c. 400 - 600 AD. Only the distal terminal to the proximal distal corners remain, along with the central remnant of the lower shank. The surface of the remaining shank has two lines of punched triangular stamps, running unevenly down, near the outer edges. The rest of the distal terminal are also decorated with the same triangular punches, again, slightly uneven in their distribution and close to the edges. The surface has a mottled mid-green patina with some ferrous staining.
