Description: The object consists of an oval bowl, with a small part of the handle still remaining which tapers on the underside. The bowl is concave, oval, and appears to have been silvered or tinned. Very little wear is visible to the bowl edges.

Description: Complete post-medieval silver needle or bodkin with one pointed end and one pierced end. It has a circular cross-section for most of its length, and then flattens and widens at the top to a round-cornered rectangle through which a hole has been made. The top of the hole is rounded, mirroring the top of the needle, but the lower end of the hole tapers to a point.

A complete copper-alloy harness fitting terret ring of late Iron Age to Roman date, c.100 BC - AD 100.
The terret is of the 'simple' type, comprising an ovate basal strap bar flanked by circular collars. A circular sectioned loop extends to either side of the collars, tapering in diameter to the side opposite the strap bar.
The metal has a light green patina and is worn. The terret loop is 18.15mm in diameter, 2.67mm in thickness while the collars are 7.04mm in diameter. It weighs 2.99g.

An incomplete Roman copper alloy umbonate brooch. The brooch has a slightly domed body with a small sub-triangular tab extending at the base. A catchplate is locate behind this tab. The domed body is decorated with a central recessed circle surrounded by a band of inward pointing triangular recessed cells. A similar outer band encloses this inner band. The cells would once have contained enamel; traces of blue survive in some cells. The upper part of the brooch is missing.

A copper alloy fragment of a Middle or Late Bronze Age dirk or rapier dating from the Penard phase, about 1300 BC - 1140 BC. Only the butt end survives. The rapier or dirk is would have had a blade likely to be about 300mm long which would have originally tapered to a fine point.
The blade is a shallow oval in cross-section (characteristic of Group 4 rapiers) and bevelled. It flares towards the trapezoidal butt end and extendsto a damaged terminal defined by C shaped side notches. These would have allowed attachment to the separate hilt.
