An incomplete Roman silver denarius of Domitian (AD 81-96), possibly dating to the period c.AD 82 (Reece Period 4).  Unclear reverse type possibly depicting Fortuna standing left holding cornucopiae(?). Mint of Rome. cf. RIC II (2nd ed.), p. 275, no. 141 for the possible reverse type.  Approximately half of the coin is missing due to old breaks between 9 and 4 o'clock on the flan when viewed from the obverse.
