A complete late Iron Age silver unit struck for Verica of the Atrebates and Regni, dating c. 10-40 AD, of Rudd's 'Verica Tiberius' type. Reverse; naked figure standing left, holding lituus in right hand and bunch of grapes in upheld right hand, 'COM' to left of figure, 'MI F' to right. ABC p. 73, no. 1250. The coin has been well struck and is preserved in extremely good condition, with only slight blackening of surfaces in evidence.
