Cast lead alloy token of probable post medieval date. The token has a cast design on both faces. The obverse has the initails BB and the reverse has a design consisting of a four petalled flower with two pellets in each petal and two pellets in each divided space created by the flowers.
The token is a mid grey white colour with an even surface patina. Tokens of this type are thought to be post medieval in date although lead tokens broadly date 1300-1800.
The token measures 22.9mm diameter, is 2.7mm thick and weighs 5.92 grams.
