A thin sheet of either gold, or gold plated metal which is wrapped around an iron component. The sheet is decorated by sets of parallel indentations which run along the surface in a diagonal direction. The decoration appears to have been machined. A complete enamelled gold ‘fede’ finger ring. The bezel is composed of two clasped hands. Traces of white enamel remain on one of the hands. The shoulders have been shaped to resemble ornate cuffs that are styled to show a gathered cuffs at the wrist, with flaring lace tumbling from the cuff.
