A copper alloy disc, possibly a Roman radiate or nummus, dating to 260-402. The surfaces of the disc are, however, devoid of any features, so may have been worn smooth for adaptation as a pendant.
The disc or coin is pierced by a sub-square hole which measures c. 3.5mm by 3.5 mm; this hole sits off centre, around 3mm from the coin's edge.
